    Slick looking rifle, man. Handloading is another way to get more out of the barrel you've got but AA also makes some solid factory loads if the Hornady Black you've got won't shoot. 6.5G is a great round to load.

    Damn, thanks for posting this. I also hunted hogs around cow feeders frequently this past year and found target ID to be very difficult a number of times. Especially when on a NV budget.

    I got them to shoot in my last barrel (Lilja). "Known inferior" is a bit of an exaggeration from my standpoint as well. Looking at them, I'm curious as to how you came to that opinion. ​​​​

    So far I have been disappointed with my WOA barrel, could not get the 68gr Hornadys to shoot with multiple powders. Trying 77gr SMKs so maybe that will change. ​​​​​Just wanted to throw it out there since I was asking the same question as you a few months back and went with WOA.

    Where to buy 6.5 grendel complete upper?

    I have the SAA upper. I have been very happy with it for $600. Came with an 18" Black Hole Weaponry barrel that shoots well. The only change I've made is adding an adjustable gas block because it was overgassed, which is common with factory uppers. ​​​​​​

    Rifle Scopes Scope for precision bolt rifle within budget

    I'd vote for a used Bushnell ERS from the PX here. Saves you a few hundred and you won't get a significantly better scope at 1600.

    I'm building a 6.5x47L with a 20", 1-7.5 Twist. I plan to shoot 143 ELD-Xs. I have H4350 on hand, but would a faster burn rate powder be more optimal? Varget, maybe?

    As mentioned abve, precisionrifleblog's testing is well worth the read. Personally, the APA Little Bastard performs very well on my 6XC and performed similar on a 284 I used to own.
