    Watch that the media length isn't near the caliber being tumbled or sometimes they will get lodged in the neck. When I set my cleaned brass up for trimming I can see down the neck and actually identify case seperation without useing the old paperclip feel test.

    I have to honor my ex-wife and not carry while picking up my son at her home. I have a level II under my steering wheel at 1 oclock for positive retention while not in my immediate control. Otherwise I like the crossdraw option for comfort.

    Trouble with load data need help...

    Very good advice everyone! I would only add, whenever I am working up a load from minimum, I always pay close attention to pressure signs on the primer. Once the primer starts to flatten on the bolt face and fill the pocket, it's time stop or even back off.

    Most load data is comprised with Large rifle primers, I believe mag primers give me a better burn. One note, useing different brass can change pressure, Rem brass is 6-7gn more volume than RWS and made a difference of 6ft drop at 1640yds.

    6.6 gns power pistol with 200XTP on a 45 gives me the same trajectory as a factory 230 out to 200 yds. I use 13.5gns H110 with a 108XTP for .357 mag.

    I like my vtac sling, its easy enough to quick adjust and carry cross shoulder. 12lb rifle. short of wearing a hook and loop setup most all slings slip off when used straight up carry.
