    Special Pricing on Machine Work

That sure looks like the same one I had a pic of sent to me in a text that same date. Looks great and even better with the scope on it.

I still kill one for the freezer but it's usually a doe. I let bucks I would have gave my right nut for 30 years ago walk. I'll shoot a big one for the wall given the chance though.

Movie Theater "F16 INSANE PILOT! EXTREMELY LOW FLY BY IN AFGHANISTAN"

I don't know what they were but back in the late 70's we were in jr high gym class playing softball. 2 fighters came over the school at tree top level tilted on their side with the pilots waving at us. They stood them on their tail and did a vertical climb over the pine plantation behind the...

We got any drivers here? How do you keep from falling asleep?

I drive truck for a living, run 10 to 12+ hours every day. ( no hours of service comments needed, i still am able to run paper log and only run outlaw occasionally). I find coffee helps alot, phone conversations make the miles fly by, talk radio or comedy radio on sirus/xm, bouncing my legs for...

A good size chunk of sodium flushed will blow a wall mounted toilet off the wall and across the high school bathroom. I was only an innocent observer of course.

Used Coast Guard cutter for sale.

You must be from my area, I live in Saginaw but am from Gladwin and still own a farm there. I've seen it from the bridge and thought one of these days I really need to get over there and check that ship out.

    Powder for. 45 colt.

Unique is what I use for all around plinking, fun shooting. My hunting load are a max load of H110 under a 345g hard cast bullet, roughly 1200fps out of my 7 1/2 inch barreled Blackhawk. That heavy load will split a bowling ball in half. My buddy said I couldn't hurt it and got quiet a shock...

Sitting in Michigan's U.P. waiting for the 50 mph wind with 70 mph gusts to die down so they'll reopen the bridge so I can roll south.

    Sidearms & Scatterguns 22lr revolver identification/value/thoughts

Looks near identical to my Burgo that I bought for $25 bucks when I was in collage about 35 years ago. I drilled and tapped the top strap and mounted a weaver rail on it with a 1.5-4 weaver pistol scope, it actually shoots really well. Fun little back yard squirrel plinker.

    Highway exit renumbering......

I run from down by West Branch up across the Mackinaw bridge and over to Mellen, Wi regularly. I've gone 50+ miles at night without meeting a single vehicle many times. Real fun when it's damn near white out snow and I'm grossing 140,000+.

    Highway exit renumbering......

I did laugh when they put mile markers on US2 through Michigan's U.P. and started at the wrong end. they went up in number as you traveled west, the opposite of the standard. I wondered if the same guys had to take them down and redo it from the other direction and how long it took them.

Looks like I’m in the market for a new scope...

I hate having to use customer service but when I do I appreciate good service and in my experience Vortex provides it. I had the parallax knob on a 3-15 razor lh get all gritty and wouldn't adjust at all. I explained that i was in the middle of working up a load for my 35 Whelen for my fast...

Rifle Scopes Viper HS or Diamondback HP?

I've got 2 of the Viper HS. A 44mm on my 270 and the 50mm on my 257 Roberts. I would definitely buy again. I hunt fairly open farm country with shots from 20 yards to 400+ and like the higher power for the longer shots and don't feel handicapped with 4 power for the closer ones.

Hunting & Fishing Do you hunt for Horns or Venison

Usually shoot a doe for meat, always hoping one of the big boys show up. Filling the freezer on my 80 acres is easy, putting one on the wall is a whole other issue. Years of neighbors shooting the first thing they see with horns got the herd balance out of whack. Most of the old guys were dead...
