Get someone to pick you up the cooler with the bilge pump with attachments to wrap the entire knee front and back, then fill with ice, pour in cold water and turn it on. Pain will be much more manageable than with meds and those ice pack things.- mavrick10_2000

There is no way to safely empty enough water in time to take in what came down during the storm. Unless you want to pre-flood/damage downstream prior to the storm so they're flooded twice.- mavrick10_2000
