Forgot to mention, I’ve tested several pieces of Hornady and ADG brass for internal volume with water ADG...95.5 Hornady 95.7 In theory the same load should work in either.- 8nbait

300 PRC chamber measurements
Most Hornady bullets are oversized. In the 300 prc chamber the throat is very tight. You will physically have to push the bullet hard until it stops at the lands. What you are doing is correct and that will be a somewhat accurate measurement to your lands. Berger bullets will be easier but...- 8nbait
