    Remove the end cap and put the locktite on the body of the can, don’t over do it and slide the sleeve on, clean up excess, replace end cap and let cure. I think they are all the same.

    So you're saying the "sleeve" was launched? so lucky the end cap didn't take a strike!! so this had to slow walk down the tube until the blast shot it downrange, kind of like a supressor cover I launched one day at the range.
