    The Arca rail is a must for me. It's crazy how effective that little piece of rail can be. I use a leveling head I got off of Amazon for $50, I don't do much shooting off the top of my tripod though, mostly used for rear support.

    Are you wondering if you can use a M5 bottom metal with your tikka? I doubt it would work since the action screw holes probably wouldn't line up since all Tikka action are long actions so they had to adjust the magwell and bolt holes to accommodate them. I would also be curious to see if it...

    Just finished up shooting our regional PRS here in the states. Had a great time with some great people at a great location. The Tikka performed flawless and the J Allen was even better.

    The only reason I'm sticking with Tikka's for the next while is because I just put it into a J Allen. Once I feel that I've gotten my money out of it, I will switch to a custom action.

    1. Like said above, just change out the bolt stop and you go from short to long action. 2. All Tikka's have a magazine of such, whether its the factory plastic or CTR mag, or you go aftermarket bottom metal to run AICS mags. 3.     Shot a local last minute match yesterday just before our regional finale. I was also able to use the J Allen and it was even better then I was expecting! If you can't tell, alot of my buddies feel the same about J Allen's. For some reason I can't upload my video of the stage.

    I have some 88's that I've tested before with less then desirable results so I'm guessing I would need a 7" or 7.5" twist to stabilize those puppies unfortunately. I do have some 80's I'm going to try, and if those don't work then I will drop down to the 77's. Gotta love the proof barrels...
