    I have been getting around 2860 fps with the 143 ELD-X which should be nearly the same as the 140 M's. Using 43g. of RL16 with no pressure signs. Laupua brass and CCI 450 mg. primers. Mine is not a CTR but a Tac A1 which I believe is the same set up.
