    It'll be as good as whatever type of clearcoat they put over it. Without a coat of clear to protect it, it'll wear so fast you'll be sick over the money you spent.

    Blew that case head up until it was 8" wide and could just start to make out a very light wipe from where the bolt face rotated the ejector across the brass. Over pressure it's not, not even close. But, like someone else said, it's your gun so back off if you want.

    Hornady modified case in .260- like trying to find a hen's tooth!

    Drill/tap the primer pocket 5/16-36, that's the thread size for the Hornady tool. Or do as another poster suggested and neck up/down a modified case from the same line. Most guys find their sweet spot anywhere from 42-43gr with H4350 and 140's.

    Either The ABC's of Reloading or the Lyman #49 are great at walking the new reloader through each process and explaining the how/why of each step. Better yet, get both as the Lyman manual is chock full of load data as well.

    260 rem

    I'm running the same load as Boiler in my nitrided 20" 260, same bullet, but Rem brass and get 2730fps. I'm going to try some R17 once the weather warms back up and see if I can get close to 2800 without pressure and maintain the same accuracy as the 4350.
