    I'd use Devcon or Marine-Tex if it were mine, but I see no reason JB Weld wouldn't work for a filler if you don't have any Devcon or Marine-Tex.

    Yep. I had LongRifles whack 4" off the AAC 260 barrel and recrown it before screwing it onto my action. Chad acted as if it was no big deal to do when I called him about it.

    Not in my wildest dreams. 90% for me on an 8" target, 650-700 yards given those conditions. And that's only with a rifle that I am very familiar with.

    You may want to call Hornady and ask them if that bullet will expand at Blackout velocities. That being said, I'd try starting around 15gr of H110 and work up from there. I use 16.5gr under 147gr FMJBT pulls.

    My 300 yd 3/4in Group... Lets see groups past 100 yards.

    443 yards 20" 260 Rem/123gr Amax @ 2875 Shot off bipod/rear bag 4" including the cold bore. So far the CB shot has proven consistent, .1Mil high and .1mil left of POA. I'll start to trust it and correct for it after a few more outings.

    3 cases? If you're really sweating it, throw them away. If not, load 'em up and let 'em fly. They'll grow back :D .015" short isn't going to hurt a thing as far as case length is concerned, just don't make a habit of it

    44.5 is money in my 260 with Rem 7-08 brass necked down. Gets me near 2900fps in a 20" barrel.
