    Pac-Nor Barrels any good?

Re: Pac-Nor Barrels any good? FWIW, Nosler uses PacNor barrels on its custom guns and makes 1/2 MOA guarantees on its M48 Custom with their premium ammo. Sound like a pretty good reference. I'm likely to choose PacNor when I rebarrel one of my rifles. FH

    Bought a bedded stock

Re: Bought a bedded stock FWIW, the usual fit of a standard Remington action in a B&C stock is good but not perfect. This is due to manufacturing deviations in both the action and the stock. Accordingly, I would bed the stock specifically to my action (as I'm having done with mine). YMMV. FH

    Newbie question

Re: Newbie question I've had good success with a B&C Medalist Sporter for one of my hunting rifles, a Rem 700. I just ordered a B&C Medalist A5 for my Rem SPS-Varmint as a result. My hunting rifle was a sub-MOA rifle (.308 Win)...it now delivers 1/2" or smaller 100-yard groups with Fed GMM...
