    Can some of you guys with this press please look at the base under the primer seater and tell me if you have an indent. I have been having problems with seating depth on 45 ACP loads. I noticed yesterday that there is an indentation in the press base where the primer seater touches it...

    Getting rid of the QD mount would help a lot!!! For precision long range, I would never trust a QD mount either.

    Sorting bullets ?

    Use a bullet comparator (or two) with correct caliber inserts and measure from the ojive to the base (1 comparator) or from the ojive to the ojive on the boattail (2 comparators). This will give you the bearing length.

    Anyone heard of Magnetospeed LLC chronographs?

    I have one and love it!!!! However, I don't know why people worry so much about accuracy when doing work with a chrono. You really need to just worry about getting your numbers and then use them to get your accuracy.

    Recommend me a new scale for less than $150

    I always recommend a beam scale, but what you are looking for is the Gempro 250. I have one, but use it for weighing everything except my powder charges.

    I have kept a 8# jug and when I get a pound here and a pound there, I pour them into the jug and shake it like hell.

    Annealing before or after sizing?

    One more vote for annealing before any sizing. I also anneal after each 2nd firing.

    JP LRP 07 in 6.5 CM

    I have a CTR-02 that shoots one hole at 100 yards and my LRP-07 will be here this week!!!!!!! Woohoo!!!!! When I ordered it, the wait time they gave me had me thinking I would see the rifle in September. Being the first week of June, I am pleasantly surprised!!!!! JP Ent is a GREAT company...

    Where to get the adhesive backed soft padding for stock/cheek weld

    If you find something that you like, and need better adhesion, try some carpet tape. It's extremely thin and unbelievably strong!!!

    Spike feet or rubber feet!

    Used the spikes for an F-Class match today. They worked great!!! I had usually used the rubber feet and put them in the webbing on my mat, but that seemed a little "bouncy". I tried the spikes in the ground just in front of the mat and it was a much more solid platform.

    I love my BR3! I predominately load Varget and never have a problem with it.

    .308 Load NOOB help me out

    I use 155 A-max's with 46gr of Varget in my 1/12 twist barrel. With new lapua brass, it works best with 45.5gr, but after they are fire-formed, it takes 46gr.
