    Seems normal in my experiences. How much rise did you see? How much shift to the right? How much down? What was the charge difference across the test? Got a picture of the target? I know that's a bunch of questions but it'd probably help you get an answer if you included such info.

    I was thinking it looked a lot like a safety lever. Yes that could be welded and the weld blended right out. I wouldn't think that part would be hard to find a replacement for but to answer your question, Yes I believe it can be repaired.

    At first glance I'm saying yes. The piece you're holding in the second pic kinda blends in with the counter so I can't exactly tell how you're needing em joined.
