    X-Caliber AR Barrels

Fantastic barrels. They were doing fast twist on 300 blackout long before any other barrel makers. You pay for it and wait for it but they are great barrels.

    Suppressed AK

https://www.boretech.com/products/decimator-suppressor-cleaning-system It does work but If you have access to a 556 AR just put your can on that and do 2 or 3 mag dumps and it will self clean.

    Suppressed AK

    1. Are the PSA American made AKs concentric enough with quality threads/barrel shoulder good enough to mount a brake and suppressor? - Sorry no experience with PSA AKs but if you already own the gun you can check with a bore alignment rod. Any competent smith can do this when they put the QD...

    Advancements in Handguards

@Jigstick what do you want to do with your rifle? What length of a rail are you looking for? If you are not using the rail for anything other than a handguard, find one that you like the size of and rock on. If you are looking to attached items like bipods and lights than M-LOK is probably...

    V seven Rifles?

I have no experience with their full rifles but I personally own a V7 barrel on my 16" recce build. Its half MOA and lightweight for the accuracy. A shop I am affiliated with has done a number of builds with 12.5 V7 barrels, again they are lasers, even with non match ammo. I have heard some...

    5.56 becoming obsolete

True, but the announcement of the winner for the NGSW is not till the end of the year. The logistics and money needed to migrate all of big Army from 556 to 6.8 is daunting. If I was a betting man I would think the NGSW will end up like the SCAR program or any combat of the future BS. Clearly...

    SBR 5.56 ammo

In my guns I have gotten better accuracy out of the PMC clone vs the IMI and generally it's cheaper. I have had some decent sub moa groups out of the IMI but nothing to write home about.

Need help!! Aero m5e1 not cycling

I disagree, I have seen numerous guns that are brand new (factory & home builds) that were not lubed properly and had issues for the first 20 rounds or so. He only has 2 rounds through it. Troubleshooting always starts at the very beginning (it is clear he is a beginner with an AR), if not you...

New Sig Spear (6.8x51 Sig Fury) now shipping

They have definitely had issue with rail flex with the MCX line. This looks to be along the same lineage. I hope they have worked that out.

If you could pick JP CTR-02 or KAC SR15

The Hodge barrels are worth the juice if you are looking for the niche they fill which is a lightweight, chrome lined, extremely long barrel life, sub MOA barrel that is properly gassed. If you dont check all those boxes it's a lot of money for a cool name.

How many rounds do you have through it? Try different good quality ammo with a different magazine. Also really lube the bcg, often times the gas rings and the bcg need to wear in. Generally this is not an issue if properly lubed. Good video on where to lube:

If you could pick JP CTR-02 or KAC SR15

I think it's odd that the majority of people in this thread are comparing these two guns. You are comparing a Ferrari to a JLTV. They have completely different use cases. The JP is an extremely accurate rifle that is very smooth (a dream to shoot) with limited recoil. It is a system that is...

I have had good luck with PMC 77gr OTM Match - .75 MOA out of my Hodge.
