    School me on the Barrett M98B...

    I've shot a 6.5CM M98B that Barrett was demo'ing at a match a few years ago. It's accurate but the ergonomics and trigger aren't as good as my AI AT, IMHO. Plus there are more aftermarket accessories/barrels available for the AI. Don't know about the 338LM.

    Really? Very few states allow you to garnish wages. And the courts don't collect the judgment, you, the plaintiff (or your attorney), have to do it. And why is forcing Leviathan into bankruptcy the endgame?

    That's bs. Fraud claims aren't dischargeable in bankruptcy. Not to mention quite a few state consumer protection statutes allow you to go after the owner of the business personally.
