    I use a Borka torque wrench (made for the AI quicklok barrel @ 49 inch/lb) to screw-in the quicklok screw on my AT, after hand-tightening the barrel on - haven't had any problems with it.

    AI Factory muzzle brake

    I've shot .308 AIs with the factory AI brake and other manufacture' brakes, notably the SilencerCo ASR. IMHO, they all work about the same.

    There was crud in the trigger of a brand-new rifle?!? Are you sure the rifle wasn't a trade-in or used previously? I've shot my AT in the worst conditions, still haven't cleaned it, and it works every time.

    I have the high 20 moa rail on my AT. Other than making the scope/mount looking slightly too high, it isn't affecting anything. It's just an aesthetic issue.

    mine aren't treaded - I have them for the Kahles K624i - I think all of AAD's scope covers have the set screw (mine do).

    my first and only bolt-gun is an AI AT, which I got last year. I primarily use it in PRS comps, and I have no regrets. I was also considering the Sako TRG-22/KRG Sotic and Q The Fix. Neither the Sotic or The Fix were available when I got my rifle and I was able to find a barely-used AT for not...

    I have the AAD on my K624 and love it - there is a set screw on the caps so that it fits the lens and you don't have to walk/wiggle them on.

    you mean using the bag in the front of the rifle? it depends on where the CG is for the rifle, mine is probably different than yours unless you have the exact same barrel/scope/mount/etc

    Rifle Scopes Paypal F&F... is this a scam?

    The benefit is to the seller using F&F as they don' have to pay the PayPal fee (2%-3%). The problem for the buyer is that PayPal offers no protection if things go south. It's not a "scam".
