    Welcome. Loudoun County here. Not many places to shoot in NOVA outdoors. Quantico is probably the closest to you. I shoot at PNTC, probably a 2 hour drive for you I would guess.

    Whelp, sold enough stuff the last month and put in an the order for a ZCO 5-27 with MPCT 3 reticle. First Alpha scope (upgrading from a older Bushnell ERS 3.5x21). Definitely looking forward to it!

    Like the guy that told me a .308 only drops 36in from muzzle to ground at 1000 yards. The reason: the bench he shoots from is only 3 feet high off the ground. And, due to the laws of physics gravity pulls the bullet down as soon as it exits the barrel. Ergo, the bullet cannot possibly drop more...
