    Load development - suppressed or not?

    If you are shooting suppressed 75% of the time then do your load development that way. Once you have a good load, remove the suppressor, fire a group and note the POI difference In angular units (MOA or Mils), if any. Incorporate this difference into your calculations whenever shooting unsuppressed.

    Have you tried to contact PVA directly? Are you sure you have an RPR nut and not a Ruger American nut? Maybe throw a picture up showing what the issue is.

    I had to go after my gen 2 handguard nut with a file and emery cloth to open it enough to go over my aftermarket barrel as well. Also had to use a 0.030” barrel shim to be able to fully tighten the handguard back on the rifle as well.

    It can never be modified to contain any other NFA items because there is only the one singular item allowed. Once it has been approved you would still enjoy all the benefits of a regular trust going forward. You could also start out with multiple trustees when first applying if you so desired...
