    Yes. That little rail segment, the 419 clamp and 8 inch universal rail will work just fine. Thanks to everyone. Maybe the end of this thread ended up a little better than it started out.😉

    This is what mine looks like. I think B&T charges $120 to remove the pic clamp and install a ARCA clamp. If it was just 2 screws, I dont think it would be that much.

    We once duct taped a tie rod end on a company truck to get home. Cheap sob's wouldn't spend a nickle on maintenance. Or wages, now that I think on it. And yes, I do live in the deep south.

    It originally had the standard fill. They suggested the new light weight fill, which is much stiffer, if that's the right word. Ive shot with it twice since I got it back, and I can honestly say my groups have never been better.
