    Sherman captured Savannah in December 1864, his "March to the sea" ended there. (he went back north to Columbia,SC from there) Lee surrendered on April 9th 1865, so if Sherman was in the middle of a march in May of '65 it was going home.

    No Ka Oi once replaced the Fwd ASW strainer on my boat 3 times. The first two times the welds failed radiography, the last time they brought in a kahuna to shake ti leaves over it. It passed that time.
