    Best AR manufactures

I don't know the definition of a "top" AR manufacturer. I guess which one shoots the best. I have an entry level Aero Precision M4 style I paid $500 for new. I don't have suitable optics on it where groups would mean something. I do have ES and SD results FWIW. Handload with bulk Hornady 55...

    Annealing

Likewise, if I was a flame annealing concern I would want to demonstrate flame is as good or better than the AMP.

    Annealing

It would be interesting to see machine testing of the flame method. For example, the device they use in this video to determine case hardness after annealing. As @StaveyIL noted I have yet to see any case hardness testing by any of the other manufacturers or users.

    45ACP

With my Rebel rotary I use water warmer than the room temperature. If I use water colder than the room the drum seal will weep until the temps equalize. I don't understand the science of it but another member wrote about how this works. Ever since I learned this trick no more weeping.

    45ACP

They've been around a couple years. I've also seen them in 10mm. I loaded a bunch of them with the same load data as LPP with no problem. These days I sort them out and sell them.

Quick Anneal any users out there with reviews?

Once tempilaq reaches temp it turns clear and you immediately drop or cut flame...after it drops would seem to be too late...I guess...

Quick Anneal any users out there with reviews?

I don't know if you can see the side of the case well enough to use tempilaq. Maybe it's possible.

Quick Anneal any users out there with reviews?

I did a more detailed look at the Quick machine which came out a couple years ago based on YouTube videos. One big difference for me is the Quick machine doesn't analyze cases to set the anneal time. The Quick method is subjective based on looking at the tip of the brass as it heats up and you...

    Ginex primers?

Tried the Ginex SPP today. I used S&B 9mm OFB swaged on my RL1050 that I hand primed. The Ginex went in smoothly with normal pressure and the amount of tension I like. IMHO they aren't any harder to seat than any of the U.S. primers.

    22 Cal .224 80 gr ELD-X®

I don't have it handy but the Hornady 10th edition supposedly says the 80gr should be loaded to 2.390". Hornady rep stated the 80gr was not intended for mag length. Plenty of data out there for the 80gr Sierra @ 2.260" so maybe it's possible. I have some but never thought about loading them at...

    223 Barrel life?

My WOA 26" 1/8 twist barrel has 6,845 rounds so far using Tac and loads considered 5.56 level and above the max for 223. I shoot 5 round groups then pause for a couple minutes. Using RMR 69 and 75s. It still shoots sub MOA. I also watch the barrel and gas port for wear.
