    Leica Telavid 62 Warranty

Chiller, I bought this back in 2003 and Vortex wasnt such a great name in Optics back in those days (IMO). I dont dare start the debate between MOA and Mil but Vortex is one of the few companies that makes an ocular with an MOA reticle so the Razor is absolutely next. I dont have any issues with...

    Leica Telavid 62 Warranty

I purchased a Leica Telavid 62 10 years ago and recently returned the scope and ocular to Leica, Inc. (New Jersey) for some repairs. I have never abused this scope or treated it maliciously, it was used for F-Class spotting primarily. It was disturbing to discover one day the ring and threads...

What kinds of groups are you getting with your 77s and 80s? I have not loaded my 80gr Amax bullets yet but intend to shortly. I will chrony both when I do. I typically build my loads for groups but if the speed is super slow (i.e. 2400 fps for .223) I will build it a little hotter.

Lube a bunch of brass for resizing????

Sounds good...again, I only use imperial and never go over board on the lube. I have never tried One Shot or mass lubing for fear of denting a shoulder, but hey, if it makes loading a little faster, I am all for it.

My first .223 reloads. Question about group, charge weight, bullet drop due to temp

For the most part, dont build your loads around speed (IMO). If you find a load that shoots consistently tight groups (i.e. sub MOA groups), run with it. I agree 100% with Milo that if your load is running way slow then yes, work up a higher load. The pic you posted is an outstanding group for a...

Lube a bunch of brass for resizing????

The problem with the freezer bag or any form of mass lubing is that you end up with lube on the shoulder which may result in dented shoulder when you re-size. I use imperial sizing die and lube one at a time, yes it is slow but Lapau brass is expensive and on that off chance a shoulder gets...

    Redding neck die

Are you using the Redding competition neck die? I dont mean to be disrespectful but why do you want to size the entire neck? Using a neck sizing die you only need to size a small portion of the neck, at most 1/4 of the way from the opening. Of course it is re-loader preference but the intent of...
