Suppressors Better place to buy than silencer shop?

I had a great experience using Hansohn Brothers. Highly recommend.

Suppressors Better place to buy than silencer shop?

I lost nearly a year on a can due to their mistake with filing my trust. When I would reach out to them with questions, they were rude, even arrogant. If they would have actually listened to my questions, they would have looked into the issue and fixed their mistake. Instead they would blow me...

    Garmin Xero C1 Pro chronograph

I have not, but thank you for that information. I will definitely try it.

    Garmin Xero C1 Pro chronograph

This only started happening recently. Just a minor inconvenience to have to delete a dozen or so duplicates every now and then, so no complaints here.

    Garmin Xero C1 Pro chronograph

Another quick question… does anybody else's Xero create duplicates of a shot series when it downloads to your phone? Mine has had up to 7 duplicates with one duplicate being the norm.

Suppressors Better place to buy than silencer shop?

Silencer Shop is the absolute last place I would buy from; never again will they get my business. Literally anywhere else would be a better experience.

Help me pick a scope for my daughter

I agree with @jbuck88 in that 3x on the low end can be a liability depending on your conditions. I have been around the world on my general purpose 16” 308 hunting rifle trying to find the perfect optic for my needs, starting with open sights then moving to the scout platform with a fixed 2.5ish...

    Describe your perfect scope

I think it just arrived. Edit: ... And it’s going back.

    MDT HNT26

Thanks for doing that. I picked one up as soon as he released them back in early February. The fit is perfect and the R-lock holes lock solidly into place on the tripod.

    Flare / Glare / Backlit notes on 4 scopes (NX8 4-32, Razor Gen II 4.5-27, Razor LHT 4.5-22, S&B 5-25)

Yes, several scopes that I am considering include the new-ish Leupold 6-24, the NX8 4-32, the T6Xi 5-30, and the S3 6-36. I am open to most any brand (that is not made in China) but am familiar with similar models from these companies. Ideally I will keep this purchase under $2k. I have been...

    Flare / Glare / Backlit notes on 4 scopes (NX8 4-32, Razor Gen II 4.5-27, Razor LHT 4.5-22, S&B 5-25)

Do you happen to have a review of mid-tier optics with a section on flare?

    Steiner T6xi

That’s a fantastic price for a great optic. Thinking of pulling the trigger on the 5-30 model with MSR2. I use the 3-18 on a hybrid hunting and range rifle in an HNT26 and it performs both roles really well.

    Flare / Glare / Backlit notes on 4 scopes (NX8 4-32, Razor Gen II 4.5-27, Razor LHT 4.5-22, S&B 5-25)

Just saw this thread. I think glass coatings that effectively resist flare should be advertised by scope companies more often. I shoot directly into the sun in my backyard in the afternoons and slightly towards it sometimes at Strategic Edge, depending on the time of day and year (it faces...

    Actions and barrels.

I’ve heard it described as the 3B’s that make the difference. Bullets, brass, and barrels. Of course that’s all potential accuracy; it is the Indian who’s pulling the trigger that makes the shot count.

Can’t, website is frozen. I am just taking screenshots. I am hoping MDT will honor them later.

Suppressors .30 or .22: Best First Suppressor?

I am up to six cans and the Dominus is still my favorite. Wish it wasn’t discontinued, it hits the sweet spot for size and performance.

    Garmin Xero C1 Pro chronograph

Yes, it will throw a movement error message if I move the rifle off or onto the tripod. I was initially worried that the stated 5”-15” distance would be too short to pick up the bullets on my longer barreled rifles but it has worked flawlessly beyond the 15” range. Recoil has never caused an issue.

Suppressors Diligent Defense Co, the can that recently showed up at the top of the Pew’s rankings

I do use one of them (the EA version) and have replaced the other with the TBAC adapter. But it doesn’t give me a lot of confidence when using a 9” can when the can doesn’t lock up against the brake shoulder. I have not had a baffle strike and I have not had any issues with accuracy. But I have...

Suppressors Diligent Defense Co, the can that recently showed up at the top of the Pew’s rankings

I have two of them and am in the process of replacing both. They don’t fit the TBAC brakes nearly as well as the TBAC versions of the same. They don’t make contact with the conical shoulder on the brake.
