Rifle is built and I've been shooting it. I have shot for group a few times and I have to say, I think she's gonna be a shooter. And yes, it's seems that a firmer hold than on a bolt is necessary for repeatability. I'm still working out just how firm the hold is, but overall snugging her up...- Bully

Fluted bolt and cerakote question
Get your money back from the original smith. Find out who did that bolt and send it to them. I have had AlphaDog Arms in CT do some Cerakote work for me and Aaron is a fantastic guy to deal with. Maybe give him a shout if you can't find out who did the bolt in the picture.- Bully

@Imthatguywithquestions I'm gonna go in the opposite direction than most... 20Practical You have the brass already. Buy a bushing and size the neck down to .204 (one pass), prime/powder/and push a bullet in there. I'd grab an 18-20" with a target crown and have some fun pushing it to 300. Or...- Bully
