    I second the m&p compact or shield. The safety is unobtrusive on the shield, and removable on the m&p. So once she feels comfortable carrying without the safety you can not use/remove it.

    I use the same method, also works on AR style stocks. I have the Velcro Stick-Ons on a rifle as well.

    Thanks for the advice guys. I was kinda leaning towards trying to standardize on a single suppressor mount across all platforms, but it seems like the better route is to have 2 cans - a "blaster" QD can for the semi's and a precision brake/direct thread TBAC.
