    Re: Velocity Well it subtends the same linear distance at 100 meters so I don't think that is the issue. Twelve clicks at 250 meters would still be 30cm (11.8 inches at 273.4 yards)correct?

    Re: Velocity How would a 20 moa base affect the sight height that you put in? I measured at the rear of the scope where it should be highest and got betwee 4.5cm and 5cm (1.77 and 1.96). Is this negligible? Also, Temp9, what did you use for click value? MOA or cm's? Thanks.

    Re: Joining the Army in a year and need fitness tips I forgot to mention lots of endurance stuff but it was mentioned by others. Oh and ruck marches are a good way to burn fat too. Just take care of your feet. Remember that in basic and good luck. -polarcow

    Re: Joining the Army in a year and need fitness tips And in between runs go running. Seriously. I was 275 lbs a year or two before I joined and knew I had some work to do. I'm only 5'10" by the way. I weighed in at MEPS at 182 and I literally ran my ass off.

    Re: Anyone use the yo-yo fishing reels? I guess not. Or everyone knows about them already. Just in case, here is a link. I think these would be a real time saver in setting up camp late in the day if you didn't have enough food on hand. I think there are better videos on youtube though...
