    Man, I understand your frustration. I've been in the same boat as you on multiple occasions. Three different scopes from three different brands. All "Alpha" German glass too. They all shit the bed. So I'm going back to what works for me.

    For the price the Minox beats everything in its class. I think the TT is overall a better optic, but $1500 better? Absolutely not.

    Tikka Trigger - Are They All Like This?

    I replaced the trigger spring in my T3X CTR and it's as good as any trigger I've used. Single stage. The Howa HACT is wonderful too. I prefer it to the Tikka 2 stage.

    In my experience with MY eyes, the Minox ZP5 and Tangent Theta riflescopes are in a league of their own as far as glass goes. I've owned most of the higher end optics (S&B, Nightforce, Steiner, and Kahles). The Minox and the TT stand out.

    Wow, thanks so much for the write up! It's rare that you see scopes like this being compared head to head. I have had the Razor, Schmidt, TT, and currently own the Minox and I agree wholeheartedly with your assessment of them.
