    Re: Duracoat test, The "tec" coat looks very similar to Moly Resin, now saying that I have used both MR and Duracoat. Duracoat I thought stated a two week total cure time, where as the MR is ready to go after only an hour at 300f. I wonder how the DC would fair if it was cured properly...

    Gunsmithing Krylon + Duracoat?

    Re: Krylon + Duracoat? Sort of, by sort of I mean the duracoat will be more resistant on the surface but the duracoat causes a hard shell with a shitty core. The paint will flake off in no time, ask me how I know. My advice is to laquer thinner off the krylon and respray with duracoat.
