    Suppressors ATF won't let me pay. Any other having issues?

    Trying to finalize my latest form 1 and it won't let me pay. Usually if any function on their site works, its payment. I click pay and it doesn't open the pay window. It opens the popup that says to close after payment, but not the actual payment window.
