    Which is better, bipod closer to the barrel nut or farther on a heavy scopes SPR, I’m thinking the bipod closer to the barrel nut for less strain/leverage on upper where the barrel and rail connects. Is it enough to matter, does barrel nut torque make a difference here? As the mag empties it...

    Rifle Scopes Bomb proof fixed 10x

    How about a new fixed 10x from one of the top tier with the absolute best glass, like the touted ZCO glass. 34mm tube with a thick wall. Tons of travel in the 1k$ range. That would give us poors a taste of the nice glass and bomb proof internals.

    Rifle Scopes 338 lapua with a mid priced scope.

    I got a savage 112 338 lapua and I have two scopes to choose from in my safe. One is a Leupold 6.5-20x50 lrp, and the other is a Sig tango 4 6-24x50 it’s the new improved version with 10 mill per rev turrets. Which one would fit the lapua best as far as durability? Thanks!
