    Night Vision Question about installing a Badger EFR W/20 moa rail

    I'm getting ready to inlet my Manners T2a stock for a Badger EFR in anticipation of mounting a Theon Clip-on thermal later this year and my action has an integral 20moa rail. Should I install the front rail parallel to the barrel or should I cant it 20moa to match the scope rail?

    Gunsmithing "clocking" a barrel while chambering.

    When you dial in a barrel using the first few inches of the chamber and the throat, do you disregard any minor run-out at the muzzle end, or do you clock the run-out in a specific direction? The obvious layman's answer would be point it up, but the more I think about it, does it matter?
