    I plan on tossing a 223 rifle together as a trainer, but am conflicted on barrel length. Part of me really wants a handy 16in setup, but I think I will be giving up too much velocity and 20in is prob more viable. Would be a 1:8 twist, aiming to shoot 77gr stuff. Thoughts?

    First shot of the day, say a 2moa target with no backdrop and you can't see trace. Hold left edge and send it, no impact. Whats the next logical hold over ? (assume elevation is correct and wind remains the same)

    Anyone have any experience with one of these? Sightron S-TAC 2.5-17.5x56 Would be going on a 308 bolt gun shooting 175gr tmks. Looking for the best option at or around the $1k mark.
