    Is there any easy way to end up with a 50 Beowulf bolt action?

    Something simple like a rebarrel? I know there isn't much of a demand but I am guessing there's no easy solution because I've never seen one. Something like a Ruger American rebarreled would be ideal.

    Why go 6mm creedmoor/XC over 243?

    Is there any reason other than barrel life? Seems like 243 is hard to beat as a do it all round that has a ton of options off the shelf. ***edited to add*** The main purpose will be as a long range gun so I will probably be running the heavier bullets most of the time.

    So if I wanted a barrel in something like 6mm Creedmoor what are my options? Jim at Northland Shooter Supply has a ton of barrels but most are standard chambers. I know I could go with Pac Nor but it ends up costing almost twice as much as some of the prefits.

    I have been thinking about the Stiller Group buy and noticed the Tac 30 is available cut for AW mags.
