    What may have caused this?

    Pistol is a CZ shadow 2. I''ve had it for maybe a year. I doubt it has more than 500 rounds through it. I decided to clean it today and I noticed this chip inside the slide. It functions fine, I shot it yesterday. I'm just trying to figure out what the chip is from.

    Arthroscopic knee surgery.

    I saw a surgeon yesterday about repairing a couple tears in my left knee. One of them is a fairly big tear. He called it "impressive " whatever that means. He's going to try to stitch the big tear down if possible. If not he'll just cut off the flaps. I've never had any kind of surgery before...
