    Howa 1500 6.5 CM base and brake?

    After advice from some of you I went Howa instead of Rem or Savage.I ordered the Howa HCR in mutlicam 6.5 CM.Should be here next week.I have a ATACR 5x25 mil going on it.What base and brake is suggested?Any input is appreciated.

    Hold over dope

    When I dial for yardage I've never ran out of adjustment on my big bore rifles.For my .22 let's say I run out of adjustment at 225yrds and want to get my hold over dope out to 300yrds should I dial back to my 200yrd and start getting from there or just leave it at 225yrds and start?

    New rifle choice 22/250 .243 .204

    I'm looking for a dedicated coyote/bobcat/fox rifle.Those calibers are my choices but not sure which one.My shots are going to be max 400yrds but most within a 100yrds.I'm thinking the lightest and shortest barrel possible because I'll be walking distances in snow.I do reload.Thanks for any input.

    .223 2nd load sizing

    The brass I get is picked up one time shot mixed head stamped.I brought it home and fl sized it loaded it shot it.As I'm fl sizing it for the 2nd time it feels easier to size it.Is that possible?Could it be my chamber is tighter then the gun it came out of the first time?I'm shooting a RR 1/8...

    Dillon 550 .45 small primer problem

    Dillon 550 with Dillon dies mixed head stamp CCI small pistol primers.When I'm seating primers I get a little pop which I've had before but now one side of the primer sits a little lower.Any ideas?

    Smk vs Hornady

    Is it me or is Sierra way over priced.Im pretty new to reloading and when you start you usually hear try Smk.So I did but have now switched to Hornady do to price.These 68gr shoot a lot tighter then the 69gr for almost half the price.

    Ogive mark on bullet

    Just switched to Hornady 68gr bthp for cost and did a ladder test and it's grouping five rounds in three hole groups.Anyway I'm reloading and noticed I have what looks like ogive mark from the seating die.First time I noticed this.Any ideas .Thanks I did take it apart and it looks clean.

    Seating after crimp

    When I bought my Dillon 550 the place I bought it from set it up for 9mm ,any way I took the seating die out by the retaining clip.I notice the seater was in wrong ,it was set up for lswc so I flipped it over.when I flipped it over I forgot to readjust it and ran a bunch of ammo through it so...

    Loading data only shows 4.4" barrel

    I'm looking at Alliants reloading center online and it shows for a 4.4 " barrel with 200gr swc at 5.4 gr of powder.It doesn't show a min or max charge weight.http://www.alliantpowder.com/reloaders/recipedetail.aspx?gtypeid=1&weight=200&shellid=35&bulletid=62 So where should I start at?

    .45 load small large primers

    My Sig 220 super match came in and I've been picking up brass for a while knowing I'd be getting a .45.I have large and small primer pocket brass.When loading small primer brass should I work up the load as if it was a large primer?
