    Building a Target Rifle

    So i'm looking into building a target rifle based on the r700 action that is capable of 1000 yard shots. I've never built a rifle from scratch before so i'm pretty noobish on the topic. Any tips/recommendations on choice of stock, barrel, etc. would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
