Mine isn’t very smooth, but no binding whatsoever, not sure how that’s even possible??
Is your trigger adjusted properly?? Just throwing it out there??
I wouldn’t hesitate to send it in, especially if they said to….
My CDG actions are from the initial offering, so that might have something to do with it.

The only issue I have with the CDG is, as mentioned above multiple times, the trigger hanger. Milling out the slot is easy, but getting the trigger you want to work in the hanger can be a pain - unless you’re using a Trigger Tech.
Calvin Elite - required a bit of milling on the hanger to make...
Had to mill an arc for the safety lever due to the design on the Calvin Elite.
The ELF had a lot more surface area touching, as I recall; has been a couple weeks…..
I don’t own a Trigger Tech, but looking at the design, appears to be made for the CDG trigger hanger, or vice versa.
Thanks. I watched the video a few times and followed the directions. I’m out of town, will probably call ARC when I get back. I got too busy to mess around with it.

Kinda frustrated with the trigger hanger on my CDG(s). Had to mill the fuck out of it to get my Calvin Elite to function.
Tried to get an ELF trigger in there, too, but wouldn’t go and looked like it needed to be milled out even more than the CE…..
Then came the light primer strikes on both...

TiteGroup works great for 308 subs. If yoh haven’t already, check out the “Subsonic” topic in the reloading section, good information there.
Some barrels are much more forgiving than
others when shooting subs and what bullet works great in one rifle may...
Anything reasonably flat will work, countertop, table, chuck it in a drill and see how true it runs, etc, etc.
If you’re getting baffle strikes, you have serious problems, most likely in your muzzle threading or attachment.
