    I've had a natural gas unit for 6 years now. I've always done the annual descale with vinegar and clean the carbon off of the igniter. Maintenance is easy, requires 1 hour per year. I would get twice the size that the charts recommend. Had a dual tank system previously and had the bottom rust...
