Rifle Scopes New Schmidt & Bender PM2 6-36x56

Wonder if this pricing jump has anything to do with Schmidt moving the DTII turret 6-36 model (exclusively?) to the competition line along with specific reticles.

Looks like it may just be cheaper to get that reticle changed out after all, if that’s even possible.

    Excellent, thanks!

Is the sage green color being used on the AT-XC the same as what’s being used on the AXSR?

Rifle Scopes New Schmidt & Bender PM2 6-36x56

It appears Schmidt is launching the 6-36 in its CMII line (competition) along with the PMII. Wonder if this has anything to do with the DTII turret availability showing at Eurooptic.

It’s showing it as an option now on their website.

Rifle Scopes New Schmidt & Bender PM2 6-36x56

Just noticed a new reticle called the M1FL was introduced for the 6-36. Looks like it concentrates on PRS shooting.

Did you have the action and hinge cerakoted black or did it come that way from AI? I think it looks great, sort of like a supersized AT-XC.

Rifle Scopes New Schmidt & Bender PM2 6-36x56

Looks like EuroOptic has posted the new 6-36 options with the TR2ID reticle. Unfortunately at this time it does not look like the DT II+ is available. Edit…It does appear they do have the DT II+. Price is 4820.

Rifle Scopes New Schmidt & Bender PM2 6-36x56

This new reticle looks great. For those that have done it, is it best to have a reticle swap done or sell one’s older optic and purchase a new one with the desired reticle. Purchased my 6–36 through EuroOptic with the P5FL reticle, but prefer the TR2ID layout.

Suppressors New TBAC cans for 2024

After comparing the Magnus and Magnus-RR, would it be safe to say one picks-up between 6 to 10 dB at shooters ear one when choosing the RR version? Seems like a fairly significant loss in suppression, though recoil reduction looks great.

    Accuracy International AT-X

Will be interesting to see if the 16.5” 308 and 6.5 Creedmoor are sold as complete rifles.

    Accuracy International AT-X

Appears the case over pressure plugs have been added to the new AT-X action. Also appears the mil version cerakote the action the same color as the chassis, definitely a nice touch.

    Accuracy International AT-X

Hopefully we’ll see the short fore end AT-X make their way to civilian market. Would be curious if they decided to use the competition or standard AX trigger.

Rifle Scopes New Schmidt & Bender PM2 6-36x56

Thank you for the excellent response. You summed everything up, there was a marked improvement in glass quality on previous 5x25 pmii I have owned, and thought the parallax adjustment was superior. It does appear that the PFL-5 retiticle should make for an adequate replacement of the Mil-C...

Rifle Scopes New Schmidt & Bender PM2 6-36x56

After reading most of this thread, and with current sale price that Eurooptic, do you guys still consider this they buy. From what I’m reading, there is neutered FOV on the low end, but use for long and extended ranges the scope should be fine. Currently run a NF 7-35 which has been good to me...

    KAC won a military contract

Excellent news Jack hearing the KS-1 uppers should be available. Hopefully some of the 16“ 6.5 uppers start making their way to market. Have a CRS that I’m sure will work great with one.

    Accuracy International AT-X

Thats a smoking price on the AT-X. Does make one a little leary pulling the trigger on one then 4 months from now the latest iteration arrives and you’re thinking damn I should’ve waited. Personally wanted to see the AT-X with a shorter front rail.
