    Does the accuracy drop off at all after 4 or 5 shots? Or does it hold pretty good. My 16” 6.5 G Faxon will always put the first 2 rounds almost touching, and after that she opens up to an inch or so… I can’t remember the profile, but it’s fairly thin.

    I'm having the best luck with shorter bullets... the shorter the bullet the better the groups 155 ELDs at 3450 fps, are around 3/4 to 1" groups with a slower rate of fire. Shoot it fast, the group opens up.

    147's in a 6.5 SAUM, 28" 5R barrel, 8-twist, with Reloder 26, at ~ 3140 fps....no blow ups...accurate as hell. That load is maxed.

    Heavybuffers.com makes a Heavy buffer for these guns. Since the “rifle” buffer is shorter in the long action ARs, the heaviest the buffer can be made is 12.45 oz., with the tungsten weights. I’ll report back once I get some rounds down range with the 300 Win Mag.
