    I’ve got my own project in the works. I can’t speak about the 88eld-M but the std .223 Ackley Imp reamer has a F/B of .0619 so it can seat a 80SMK 2.45 oal.

    VV 140 is your best fit, it’s Uber close to 4064. Any of the 5 series are double based propellants while they have tons of energy but don’t do so well in the heat.

    The 169 has a shorter berring surface and you should seat them long, so it’s going too fly faster allowing you too take better advantage of the bullets bc. Running these at mag length is lost potential.

    I don’t have problems slinging up and it sure doesn’t slip, I can’t stand the biothane stuff but I hear if you clean it with some spray on Pledge and pinch the keeper they work and adjust better….. Quick question, I know the rules have changed some but other than the cotton M1 sling or the 1907...
