But If one did, it is my understanding of the law, I have the right (and obligation) to determine him mentally unstable and unfit to own a firearm. And can refuse to sell to him. Conditions with my son's new ranch job did not fit the needs of the new pup so mother brought him home. It's been less than 48 hrs and already seeing huge improvement in the trouble areas he had over there. I think he will be a good fit here.- sandhiller
