    The SMK is not recommended on deer by Sierra but on .30 cal and up they have worked just fine for me many times if that was what I had zeroed with, but not my go to ammo for deer hunting , BT's , Accubonds , S Game kings and SST's and amaxs these days.     RUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! removal?

    I use corrosion X and a piece of croker sack also known as burlap, I used to have a stash of 0000 brass wool, I have not been able to find any for years. Some guys over on rimfire central also came up with a great product. Remember guns have but two enemies , RUST and POLITICIANS. very best

    I like older Winchesters especially .22's

    Gotta love the ole Winchesters, I dusted mine off this morning as it was cool and no wind, near perfect shooting, practice for a 52 match at 50 and 100 , shot 100 with 3 ammos to tune myself up a bit. very best Fed 711b , 1" stick on dot, unertl 15x ultra varmint.
