    375 SnipeTac or Cheytac?

    If you are going with the Snipe-tac , make sure you get the gen 2 reamer. Dave Viers re designed the first one, the new one has enough case taper.

    Another would be based of the 500 Jefferies . Takes a lot to neck down , but you could use a 338 laupa action. the case is rebated. This would put you close to 375 chey tac speeds. Put you between the two.

    7mm-338 thoughts

    I have a 7mm /338 35 degree improved. It has a longer neck for the big vld. Bought some 192 gr CE bullets very long. Want to throat the bore out so the bullet can be used on the driving band. Needs a bit more twist 1-6.5 would be great only found a 1-7 Proof research barrel. Will try 1-9.3...

    Doing a long neck 7/300 Norma 35 degree improved. 300 Norma is easier to neck down to 7. Have 2 guns being built. A reapeter and a mag gun. Mag gun will be light weight. Pm if you need anything for help. Also may do a 7/338 Laupa will see. God bless Jeff

    Also look at GSC bullets , but you may need a different twist for the heavy grain bullets they list. Puniher you did grab that Allen mag in 375?

    458-416 Barrett anyone?

    I talked with a guy here on the hide called Wildcats. He had a gun for sale in that caliber. Shot 528 leighs at 2900 fps. Still think he has the gun for sale. I would do one of these myself. Hope this helps Later Jeff
