    The AMG is the best optic that you can buy at sub 2000 dollars. It competes very well with the "other" scopes that fetch a much higher price.

    Don't do any of that. Run a patch down the barrel to get any debris out of the bore. Then, go shoot until accuracy falls off. Clean, repeat. All of the cleaning in between shots is more of a mental thing that people do. It's voodoo.

    Nightforce makes a great scope, let that be clear. It's also what the cool kids use. The Nightforce is not $2k better, not even close. The lack of locking turrets, tunneling on the 5-25x, and retarded entire ocular rotating when adjusting magnification is enough for me to spend my money...

    Razor AMG 6-24x Under 2 grand. I've got 19.5mil up and 10mil in the reticle on a 20MOA mount. It's lighweight, excellent resolution, nice tactile locking turrets. Save the rest of the money to spend on ammo and whatnot.
