Bore scope the rifle, with your Eyeball, close! Do this on a bench or prone with bipod/bag. The rifle needs to remain relatively still thru this process.

Get a viper vise, action wrench, torque wrench, and a good hi temp synthetic grease. Once you R&R your first barrel that AhHa moment will hit you so hard you’ll have to sit down! 😝
I'm a huge fan of the TL3. I use the viper vise straight up, no leather. Never scratched a polished/blasted/ or cerakote bbl. If you get one, buy a good synthetic hi-temp grease for your tenon. I'm liberal with it and torque to 75ft lbs. I've had no issues.
My only issue is hand fitting seating...
A Tikka T3 .223a.i. with Hart barrel and average furniture/glass. That rig shot boringly accurate. A 12 twist old school 55 grainer rifle.
