    Primer seating depth should be .003 to .005. Your data seem outside that range, but generally too deep. Look elsewhere.

    Hot barrel or hot shooter? I think we know the cold bore shot is also often a cold shooter shot. The reverse could also be true.

    Is the barrel heating up? Are you getting tired or dehydrated? Don't clean the barrel before your next range session and see how it does.

    I have a hydro-dipped AR that has been knocked around for 20 years. It's still looking good. I'm not sure how much rust resistance it adds, but it did the job I wanted.

    Barrels have an amazing life and you can find after market barrels. Not much else to wear out. R-93 parts fit the LRS. Factory barrels tend to have slow twists by today's standards. Resizing brass needs to be done carefully or you will get the dreader "clicker." Mine is the only rifle I own...

    Mag Release Fitting

    I needed to shorten the catch release to use a WSM magazine in an MDT Timbr chassis/stock. I filed the catch down until the magazine locked in and would not come out pulling on the mag. It now drops free on recoil. I replaced the spring. Same problem. Is the catch too short or too long...
