    What dwood said. Where is it ejecting? That's how to diagnose the gas situation, not how it cycles. Ive never heard of different weight a2 buffers or stiffer springs. That's all collapsible stock stuff, which is what you should be using anyways lol

    I use the Troys. Standard m4 style front. I wouldn't bother with the tritium. They're going to be folded down 99.9% of the time. The Noveske sights are Troys by the way just says Noveske on them

    Like another poster already said. What are you gonna do with it? For paper punching or steel and high round count I'd say 6.5/260. For killing stuff or anti material, 300 with a brake.

    Please don't put a promag stock on your M14/s. How about a new wood stock or a big red stock. For scope mounts SEI is what you want. Buy once cry once. By the way I'm super jealous. I only have a Springfield M1A :(

    Sadlak NM spring guide and shim the gas cylinder. Cheap and effective.

    For hunting I think you want the 178 amax. No idea on their availability though. Smk's are not for hunting

    Ha, I'm in the same boat OP. Looking to reload 9, 223, & 308. Probably going to get the RCBS supreme master kit listed on their site for $486.95. I know I'll need more stuff later but it'll get me started atleast.

    Haha sorry joe, I hope you like it and it runs well for you. It seems like I hear alot about pof reliability issues. I wonder if thats just the interweb blowing things out of proportion. I much prefer DI guns like the LMT Mws. Lastly it's just opinion and stupid but I think they're ugly too...

    I was under the impression that at 100 yds the bullet is affected very little by external factors, like percentages. That's why you zero at 100. I think your idea of going on a average temperature day is great.
