    Gunsmithing FN SPR barrel and ops inc suppressor

    can an FN SPR barrel be recontoured to fit an ops inc 3rd model 12 suppressor in .308 without any loss of accuracy? all this requires is the recontouring of the barrel and threading. no muzzlebrake or silly nonsense. I do believe it's a hammerforged barrel with chrome-lining.

    Thinking about putting one on my 16" DPMS. Currently it has a PWRS brake on it. . Dont like the way the PWRS vents. So was looking at an OPS Inc as an alternative. . My question is....Does anyone know where i can find one thats been finished already that'll fit the threading on the DPMS 308...
