I think the process needs to be changed. The Supreme Court should rule on constitutionality before it becomes law not after. It’s too hard to unwind given how long it takes shit to get through the courts

The courts seem happy to have that be the "process" every time a law gets past that the DemonRats don't like.
While I could see how this is not the way it is supposed to be, at this point with the way the legislative branch is out of control, at least some kind of speed bump might be a nice thing.
But I'm guessing before long the courts would just be rubber stamping anything and everything the DemonRats pass.

While this sounds far fetched, remember back 100 years ago you could go buy a machine gun or suppressor or rifle with a shorter barrel or whatever you wanted.

Then they passed the NFA and instituted a $200 tax on each item.
To you today that's a minor fee, but back then, that was easily a YEAR worth of wages for a working class person.

It's how the government twists "tax law" to ban things they don't want.

Much like drugs are illegal without a federal tax stamp... which they won't give the average person.

The System is outdated and the Two Party Rule will have to end before this can be resolved....the Rule by only two political parties is what has caused the Failure of The Republic. Problem is that restoring/repairing it will need the Two Party System to coordinate/cooperate and we already know that will never happen.
